📋 Description

• Embed with engineering/design/product teams on bill pay features.
• Advise on money transmission requirements for bill pay products.
• Advise on regulatory implications of product architecture and payment flows.
• Advise cross-functional partners on money transmission regulatory questions.
• Track US state/federal and international money transmission laws.
• Draft and maintain customer agreements and disclosures for bill pay.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in law firms and fintech, focusing on money transmission.
• Familiar with money transmission laws, including state licensing and AML.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ownership mentality and comfort with complex matters.
• Law degree and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
