📋 Description

Process billing changes to customer accounts via our CRM.
Reconcile customer payments and deposits daily.
Maintain monthly transactional billing files and supporting documentation.
Research and resolve inquiries related to account status and billing.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Prioritize work to meet targets while maintaining accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
2-4 years of billing and accounting experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
Some experience with NetSuite and/or Salesforce preferred.
Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
