Billing Analyst

📋 Description

• Prepare, verify and issue client invoices accurately and on schedule, including during high-volume
• Review bills and billing data before processing to confirm they are complete and correct.
• Resolve complex billing issues using the Dispute application in SAP.
• Post bank receipt entries in the books of account and apply them to customer accounts in SAP
• Reconcile customer accounts and receivables.
• Review, monitor and control the accrued revenue balance to ensure that all accruals are settled.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in billing, accounts receivable or finance operations.
• At least 2 years of hands-on SAP experience (any version, for example SAP ECC or S/4HANA).
• Strong accounting fundamentals, including reconciliations, accruals and month-end close.
• Basic tax knowledge (a tax specialist background is not needed).
• Ability to handle large-volume invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail.
