Billing and Accounts Receivable Specialist

📋 Description

• Create invoices following established procedures
• Review automatically generated invoices for accuracy
• Reconcile monthly billing between the ERP system and local Notas Fiscais
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on contract terms, payment status, and client requests
• Manage inbound client communications promptly and professionally
• Follow up on overdue accounts across the South American portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing or other accounting process handling
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 1+ year experience in a leading customer-facing organization (B2B SaaS is an advantage)
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Experience with Brazilian local invoicing
• Strong written and verbal communication in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail
