Billing and Collections Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage the accounts receivables process, including invoicing, payment collection, and
• Ensure the correct application of VAT and other sales taxes.
• Perform credit checks on new customers and keep customer data up to date.
• Liaising with customers ensuring payments are received on a timely basis.
• Monitor accounts receivables ageing to identify potential risks.
• Ensure periodic accurate and timely financial statements in the AR area.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in billing, payments or accounting, preferably in a technology or
• Proven experience in managing billing and collections, including practical knowledge of VAT
• Excellent communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders, including
• Attention to detail, reliable, solution-oriented.
• from 3 to 5 years in billing, collections or accounts receivable, ideally in a high-volume B2B
• Solid understanding of VAT on invoices, cash application and the accounting behind receivables
