📋 Description

• Review incoming client SOWs for accuracy before execution.
• Enter and maintain client rate cards in NetSuite.
• Coordinate client onboarding in NetSuite (records, terms, billing).
• Align contract details with Sales and Account Management before work starts.
• Flag discrepancies to Director of Finance for review and resolution.
• Maintain an organized, up-to-date repository of executed contracts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in billing, contracts, or finance coordination.
• Experience reviewing contracts or SOWs.
• ERP or accounting system proficiency; NetSuite preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
