Billing Associate - US Remote

📋 Description

• Manage customer billing, invoicing, and new account setup.
• Review contracts to ensure accurate billing.
• Research billing discrepancies, resolve customer inquiries, and process credits.
• Respond to billing and finance requests through Zendesk or similar platforms.
• Prepare monthly billing reports using Excel and AI tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of billing or related experience
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP
• Ability to interpret contracts and manage complex billing requirements
• Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and navigate multiple systems
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
