Prepare and manage AIA billing (Forms 702/703)
Handle construction progress billing and on-time invoicing
Process and track change orders
Manage accounts receivable and monitor balances
Follow up with customers on invoices/payments
Support billing/ bookkeeping with accuracy and docs

🎯 Requirements

Experience in the construction industry is essential
Strong construction billing and progress billing
Hands-on AIA Forms 702 and 703
Understanding of change orders and project billing
Experience with AR and collections
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
