📋 Description

• Verify the accuracy of sales orders prior to processing invoices.
• Address discrepancies with customers and coordinate with teams to resolve billing issues.
• Upload invoices into various portals to ensure efficient operations.
• Test automation tools to improve and streamline billing.
• Collaborate with team to design and implement process enhancements for efficiency.
• Manage billing case inquiries, track resolution progress, and analyze data for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 2+ years with billing operations and invoice processing systems
• SFDC and NetSuite experience is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Spreadsheet - VLOOKUP, pivot tables, analysis
• Accustomed to working with case management system
• Experience with customer billing dispute resolution
