📋 Description

• Support day-to-day billing operations and help ensure billing-related processes are completed
• Review and maintain billing information, records, and operational data with a high level of
• Investigate and help resolve billing discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Collaborate with relevant internal teams to address billing questions and ensure issues are
• Help maintain consistent operational processes and identify opportunities to improve accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in billing operations, finance operations, accounts receivable, accounting support
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to handling financial and operational
• Ability to analyze information, identify discrepancies, and follow issues through to resolution.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with
• Comfort working with operational systems, spreadsheets, and business tools used to manage billing
