Billing Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Execute monthly billing cycles accurately and on time, with invoices calculated, generated, and
• Process credit memos, debit memos, and refunds in accordance with approved requests.
• Build and maintain Oracle workbooks for new and amended contracts.
• Review commercial contracts to identify billing requirements, validating billing language with
• Complete peer reviews of invoice calculations to ensure accuracy and adherence to contract terms.
• Respond to billing inquiries promptly, escalating complex disputes appropriately.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in billing operations, accounts receivable, order-to-cash, or a similar
• Foundational understanding of invoicing processes, ERP workflows, and accounts receivable
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume workloads accurately.
• Expert proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel).
• Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM.
