Billing Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Oversee all ITAD processing workflows, working with our warehouses and external partner facilities
• Assign and monitor ITAD action queues for warehouse teams, ensuring steps are followed per SOPs
• Review and ingest data destruction reports and settlement reports from resale partners into
• Gather FMV pricing data from secondary market platforms, trade-in partners, and historical resale
• Maintain and enrich our internal database of FMV estimates per device to power in-app price
• Run reports to surface estimated resale value (FMV) of aging devices to customers and drive timely

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in auditing, billing operations, data analysis or logistics coordination.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets (pivot tables, filters, lookups).
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills, especially over Slack and email.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel.
• Comfortable with structured SOPs, but proactive in suggesting improvements.
