Billing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end billing lifecycle for enterprise accounts.
• Translate closed-won deals into Stripe subscriptions.
• Reconcile orders with provisioning; resolve gaps with Sales/Legal.
• Partner with Engineering to automate provisioning and guardrails.
• Manage mid-cycle changes, renewals, and offboarding.
• Run periodic revenue integrity audits and surface issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce and Stripe.
• Billing/subscription management experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to accuracy; ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Knowledge of invoicing, credits, and discounts.
• Ability to drive automation and improve processes.
