Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Reconcile bank statements, AP/AR, and GL accounts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Maintain accuracy of financial records and transactions.
• Collaborate with finance and other departments on daily ops.
• Assist with automation initiatives to improve reconciliation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Great Plains experience a plus.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
