📋 Description

• Reconcile bank statements, AP/AR, and GL accounts.
• Identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate financial data and supporting documentation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the finance team on day-to-day accounting operations.
• Explore automation to improve reconciliation efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 1-2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel; Great Plains is a plus.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
