• Various administrative and billing aspects, such as working with internal cross-functional teams to
• Review, analyze, and interpret records and documentation from various sources to identify unbilled
• Service Authorization Tracking
• System Billing and ISP Goal Management
• Billing Accuracy and Compliance
• Billing Systems, Reports, and Documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Two years of related experience required.
• Associates or bachelor’s level accounting or bookkeeping degree preferred.
• Experience with, or knowledge of, Medicaid billing requirements, Notices of Action, and service
• Must be proficient at using a computer, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications, and ability to
• Experience using Workday, Kronos, Therap, and external platforms such as Indiana State and Family
