Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Working with internal cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing, timely reimbursement for
• Maintenance of records in a manner that meets auditing, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting records and documentation from various sources to identify
• Service Authorization Tracking
• System Billing and ISP Goal Management
• Billing Accuracy and Compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Two years of related experience
• Proficiency in computer use, Excel and other Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to quickly learn other software and computer systems
• Experience with Medicaid billing requirements, Notices of Action, and service authorizations
• Experience using Workday, Kronos, Therap, and external platforms such as Indiana State and FSSA
