Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Performing billing audits and adjusting reservation data to ensure financial accuracy
• Contacting guests by email, phone, text, SMS to resolve billing issues and payment inquiries
• Working with Communications, Reservations, and Portfolio teams to ensure accuracy of reservation
• Processing payments for unique reservation circumstances and long-term stays
• Ensuring billing-related transitions and activities are completed for new building transitions
• Supporting resolutions with distribution partners

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in administrative, night/sales audit, AR or billing
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Stripe
• Excellent attention to detail and strong time-management skills
• Highly motivated and able to maintain efficiency while working independently
• Proactive and can act decisively when needed
• Team player committed to uplifting coworkers and company
