Billing Specialist

📋 Description

• Resolve billing and payment inquiries (receipts, invoices, credits)
• Assist with invoicing, subscriptions and payments
• Maintain accurate customer account balances
• Collaborate with Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection
• Deliver world-class billing support and relationships
• Maintain knowledge of Aircall’s billing and payment processes

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish; French/German a plus
• 1+ year in B2B SaaS customer support or related experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ticketing tools and support systems
• Strong technical aptitude for billing concepts
• Analytical mindset with curiosity to resolve complex inquiries
