Billing Specialist I (Remote - US)

📋 Description

• Execute recurring client billing and revenue-entry activities in the organization's ERP or
• Prepare client invoices, invoice breakdowns, cover letters, expense documentation, supporting
• Apply established billing requirements to time-and-materials, fixed-fee, milestone-based
• Analyze invoice and revenue data to identify routine variances, missing information
• Prepare detailed revenue reconciliation worksheets comparing revenue recorded in the accounting
• Research routine billing discrepancies and document findings, corrections, and outstanding items

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, accounts receivable, financial
• Working experience preparing invoices, posting revenue, or processing financial transactions in an
• Working experience preparing reconciliations, supporting schedules, variance trackers, or financial
• Foundational experience supporting project-based or comparable client billing.
• Working experience communicating with project managers or internal stakeholders to gather billing
