Billing System Administrator

📋 Description

• Own administration of billing systems (Zuora, Stripe) and revenue workflows
• Ensure data accuracy across billing platforms for reconciliations
• Manage configurations, environments, and user access
• Design and maintain integrations between billing, Salesforce, and tools
• Troubleshoot issues, monitor data syncs, resolve discrepancies
• Drive automation with Workato to streamline billing and lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years administering Zuora, Stripe, or similar billing systems
• Billing concepts incl. pricing, invoicing, payments, revenue recognition
• Experience integrating billing with Salesforce and custom apps
• Middleware/automation tools like Workato or similar
• APIs, webhooks, and data integration patterns
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation
