BIM Coordinator / BIM Designer

📋 Description

• Develop conceptual and schematic BIM models for large-scale industrial facilities.
• Coordinate BIM models across Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural, and Structural.
• Create federated models for design reviews, coordination, and clash detection.
• Model major systems: equipment layouts, corridors, rooms, and structural framing.
• Coordinate equipment clearances, access, routing zones, shafts, and MEP paths.
• Translate sketches, design docs, equipment lists into BIM models.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• 3+ years of BIM modeling, coordination, drafting, or design technology experience.
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D, and related BIM/CAD tools.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams on complex industrial projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and design narratives.
• Strong BIM standards knowledge and coordination workflows.
