BIM Coordinator Infrastructure & Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Setting up and maintaining the modelling environment in line with the project requirements and the
• Acting as the primary point of contact for BIM Leads regarding software-related and technical
• Working closely with engineers and designers to ensure accurate and coordinated modelling of the
• Maintaining clean, structured and efficient BIM models
• Delivering high-quality BIM models within agreed deadlines and according to project BIM standards
• Validating the compliance of BIM models with project BIM standards and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset
• At least 5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator
• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure projects (above €25 million) is considered a
• Proficient in BIM coordination and model management tools, including Navisworks Manage, Solibri
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamo and/or Grasshopper
