BIM Coordinator Infrastructure & Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Validate BIM models compliance with BIM standards and project requirements
• Manage and follow up version control of different discipline models
• Periodically merge and synchronize discipline models into a federated BIM coordination model
• Identify design inconsistencies, clashes, and open coordination issues through 3D clash detection
• Analyze possible causes of design conflicts and report findings to the Design Manager
• Plan, organize, and chair BIM coordination meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Architecture
• Excellent Dutch, both spoken and written; fluent English
• Minimum 5 years experience as BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator
• Experience with BIM on large-scale infrastructure projects (>EUR 25 million) required
• Experience with BIM coordination and model management platforms including Navisworks Manage
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamo and/or Grasshopper
