BIM Coordinator Infrastructure & Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Validating the compliance of BIM models with project BIM standards and requirements.
• Monitoring and maintaining version control of the different discipline models.
• Periodically merging and synchronising discipline models into a federated BIM coordination model.
• Identifying design inconsistencies, clashes and unresolved coordination issues through 3D clash
• Analysing potential causes of design conflicts and reporting findings to the Design Manager.
• Planning, organising and chairing BIM coordination meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• You have at least 5 years of experience as a BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator. Experience working on
• You are proficient in BIM coordination and model management tools, including Navisworks Manage
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamo and/or Grasshopper.
• You have a good understanding of BIM standards, workflows and best practices.
