BIM Coordinator Infrastructure & Data Engineer

📋 Description

• Setting up and maintaining the modelling environment in line with project requirements and BIM
• Acting as primary point of contact for BIM Leads regarding software-related and technical matters
• Ensuring accurate and coordinated modelling of the project by working closely with engineers and
• Maintaining clean, structured and efficient BIM models, free from unnecessary views, families and
• delivering high-quality BIM models within agreed deadlines and according to project's BIM standards
• Validating compliance of BIM models with project BIM standards and requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture
• Fluent in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an asset
• At least 5 years of experience as BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator
• Experience on large-scale infrastructure projects (above €25 million) considered strong asset
• Proficient in BIM coordination and model management tools: Navisworks Manage, Solibri Model
• Experience with Power BI, Dynamo and/or Grasshopper
