BIM Manager (ROCO)

📋 Description

• Lead BIM strategy for ROCO with end-to-end lifecycle focus
• Translate BIM standards into processes and guidelines
• Collaborate with design, execution, QA and stakeholders
• Coach teams and drive BIM adoption and changes
• Improve data quality, traceability and project delivery
• Contribute to one of Belgium's major infra projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor or Master in technical field or equivalent experience
• ≥10 years in complex construction/infrastructure projects
• Extensive BIM experience from design to handover
• Proficient with Revit, Civil3D, Navisworks, 4D Synchro, CostX
• Familiar with ISO 19650, OTL management and BIM standards
• Experience with NEC4, DBFM, D&C or similar contracts; strong communication in Dutch
