BIM Specialist - Structured Cable (Data Center)

📋 Description

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D BIM models and construction drawings using Revit, AutoCAD, BIM
• Design and model structured cabling systems, security systems, audiovisual systems, distributed
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants
• Interpret BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), design intent documents, and project specifications to ensure
• Support the Design Director and VDC Manager in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates
• Recommend improvements to BIM software, hardware, training, and design processes to enhance

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of BIM, drafting, or design experience in one or more of the following areas
• Associate degree or technical education in electronics, information technology, engineering
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of IP networking, low-voltage electronics, and power and communications systems.
• Ability to produce accurate, well-organized, visually clear construction drawings and detailed 2D
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes and the ability to interpret project requirements
