Bindery Operator - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Operate bindery equipment (stitcher, drill, padder, strapper, shrink wrap).
• Process products through final printing stages and prepare for shipment.
• Review run against header sheet for accuracy of names and wording.
• Build boxes, apply labels, and stage shipments for dispatch.
• Scan boxed orders into the system and coordinate with carriers.
• Prepare skids for shipment, load trucks, and manage paperwork.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proofreading skills.
• Understanding shipping regulations, including international shipping.
• Packaging best practices to ensure safe transit.
• Ability to assemble, address, verify, and record shipping info.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments.
• Proficiency with computers for tracking shipments and inventory.
