Performing HPLC/UPLC, SDS-PAGE, iCE, and CE methods for biotherapeutics
Running instrumentation independently (UPLC/HPLC, iCE, CGE, pH, UV-vis spectroscopy)
Preparing samples and standards for analysis with minimal supervision
Tabulating and providing data to customers
Performing monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment
Using electronic notebooks and LIMS

🎯 Requirements

Minimum B.S. degree in biochemistry, analytical chemistry, chemistry, or related discipline
2-6 years of experience working with biological molecules using analytical methodologies
Knowledge in protein biochemistry and analytical chemistry
Experience with HPLC/UPLC, SDS-PAGE, iCE, CE, and/or peptide mapping
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Verbal and written communication skills, cooperation and teamwork skills
