📋 Description

• Deliver the member's scheduled consults (Comprehensive Results Review, Midyear Review, Annual
• Own member communications across the journey
• Communicate risk stratification, incidental findings, and uncertainty
• Reflect at-home async results (sleep studies, CGM) in the plan
• Serve as prescriber of record for medications
• Coordinate with nutrition and exercise physiology

🎯 Requirements

• Board certified; primary care background strongly preferred
• 5+ years of practice beyond residency
• Current unrestricted licenses in CA, NY, TX, FL, NJ, WA, CO; ideally PA, NV, OH, OR, UT, VA, CT
• DEA registration or willingness to obtain
• Exceptional communication skills
• Comfort practicing via telemedicine
