🎯 Requirements

Knowledge of methods and algorithms for NGS data analysis, preferably in variant discovery and
Formal training in genetics, preferably with experience in breeding applications
Experience in working with Python and general shell scripting
Preferably experience in working in close cooperation with wet-lab scientists
Fluent English language skills are a must, German would be beneficial
