Bioinformatics & Data Assistant (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Run and monitor established bioinformatics pipelines (RNA-seq, proteomics) for routine sample
• Perform format and consistency checks (QC) on incoming and processed data
• Maintain and update data processing templates
• Document dataset structure and QC guidelines
• Support implementation of gene panels for main disease models
• Help automate QC checks into dashboards and periodic reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in bioinformatics, computational biology, or life sciences with a
• Basic experience with R or Python for data processing
• Familiarity with next-generation sequencing (NGS) or omics data concepts
• Precision and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good written and spoken English
