📋 Description

• Lead development of ctDNA/methylation analysis tools and pipelines.
• Provide cross-functional technical leadership from research to launch.
• Supervise bioinformatics scientists; manage resources and growth.
• Input on experiment design and data interpretation.
• Work with independence and ownership on assignments.
• Contribute to IP portfolio and high-quality data docs.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field (bioinformatics, engineering, math, or statistics).
• 4-8 years post-grad data science/bioinformatics; 1-3 years as a technical lead in diagnostics.
• Experience moving algorithm-based products through commercialization/launch in medical/biological fields.
• Proficiency in Python or R for scientific analysis.
• Strong background in statistical modeling and ML; probability theory.
• Experience with NGS data analysis and algorithm development/optimization.
