📋 Description

• Lead and oversee all activities and teams at the site.
• Manage patient and colleague relations for medical welcome and advice.
• Collaborate with the SELAS president to build the facility and expand sites.
• Support the team and manage lab operations.
• Work in close partnership with peers and support services (IT, Finance, HR).
• Drive strategic program from business plan to operational delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorat en médecine ou pharmacie + DES ou CES Biologie Médicale.
• Ambitious and eager to drive change in a growing, structured organization.
