📋 Description

• Design agentic AI architectures for multi-step biomedical reasoning and tool use.
• Develop LLM-based agents to retrieve, rank, and synthesize literature, omics, and clinical data.
• Build memory and feedback to refine hypotheses and adapt to evolving data.
• Integrate external tools into autonomous agent workflows.
• Architect scalable systems blending structured/unstructured biomedical data.
• Collaborate with biologists, translational scientists, and engineers in discovery pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, ML, Computational Biology, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with large language models (fine-tuning, alignment, prompting).
• Experience building agent-based systems or LLM orchestration (multi-agent, tool-using, planning).
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow).
• Experience with large-scale biomedical datasets (genomics, transcriptomics, clinical, or corpora).
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs, symbolic-neural hybrid systems, or multimodal models.
