Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and OR personnel during surgery to maximize
Manage and maintain install base, including basic 3rd party integrations.
Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce with technical training and documentation.
Contribute to quality improvements by recommending product modifications.
Provide clinical case coverage and support for complex cases and Go Live launches.
Drive customer utilization through unique workflows and special applications.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Biomedical/ Biomechanical/ Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing.
1-3 years in technical support, preferably healthcare; 1-2 years sales in healthcare a plus.
Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, and medical terminology preferred.
Proficient with PC software including Microsoft Office.
