Provide on-site consulting and guidance to physicians and OR staff to maximize Brainlab product
Manage install base and basic 3rd party integrations.
Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce with detailed analysis.
Contribute to quality improvements by recommending product modifications.
Offer clinical case coverage and Go Live support for complex cases.
Educate/train hospital staff on Image Guided Surgery products and services.

🎯 Requirements

B.S. in Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering or Clinical Engineering or Nursing.
1-3 years in a technical support role, healthcare preferred.
1-2 years sales experience with healthcare company preferred.
Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terms.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently.
