Biomedical Engineer (Clinical Specialist)

📋 Description

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR personnel during surgery
• Manage and maintain install base including 3rd party integrations
• Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce
• Contribute to quality improvements with product modifications
• Provide clinical case coverage for complex cases and go-live launches
• Drive customer utilization through unique workflows

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Biomedical Engineering or related field required
• 1-3 years in technical support, healthcare preferred
• 1-2 years sales experience with healthcare company preferred
• Knowledge of surgical procedures and medical terminology preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with independent decision-making
