Biomedical Engineer (Clinical Specialist)

📋 Description

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians and OR staff during surgery to maximize Brainlab product
• Manage install base and basic 3rd party integrations.
• Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce and documented analyses.
• Suggest product mods to improve quality and performance.
• Provide clinical case coverage and Go Live support for complex cases.
• Drive customer utilization through unique workflows and applications.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Biomedical/Biomechanical/Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or Nursing required.
• 1-3 years in technical support for healthcare; 1-2 years in healthcare sales preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy, medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to make independent decisions.
