Biomedical Engineer (Clinical Specialist)

📋 Description

• Provide on-site consulting to physicians during surgery to maximize Brainlab product usage.
• Manage install base and basic 3rd party integrations.
• Analyze and resolve Brainlab system issues via Salesforce with detailed analysis.
• Utilize engineering expertise to contribute to quality improvements.
• Provide clinical case coverage and Go Live support when available.
• Attend meetings/trade shows to promote IGS products and services.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Biomedical Engineering, Biomechanical Engineering, Bioengineering, Clinical Engineering, or
• 1-3 years in a technical healthcare support role.
• 1-2 years sales experience with healthcare company preferred.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated with the ability to make independent decisions.
