📋 Description

• Lead bio red teaming; shape evaluation questions, scenarios, and success criteria.
• Review red team outputs; assess quality and translate findings into risk calls.
• Identify new red teaming engagements or external expert collaborations.
• Bring adversarial mindset to assess misuse of model capabilities across planning, design, procurement, and ops.
• Direct Bio Bounty program strategy and maturity, including lifecycle and expert researcher pipeline.
• Partner with operations on program execution and provide subject-matter review where needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of technical CBRN experience.
• Deep expertise in biosafety, biosecurity, biodefense, synthetic biology.
• Experience with bio red teaming, threat modeling, misuse analysis.
• Strong operations or program management experience.
• Prioritize ambiguous findings by severity, feasibility, and impact.
• Excellent judgment handling sensitive bio information; clear risk language.
