15-month structured on-the-job training in Biologics Manufacturing
Support cGMP operations for biologics drug substance
Work across upstream, downstream or central services areas
Assist with batch documentation and schedule adherence
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering (fresh graduates welcome)
Keen understanding of cGMP and regulatory manufacturing basics
Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES is a plus
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated and able to work in a team
