15-month structured on-the-job training in AbbVie's Biologics Manufacturing team
Support cGMP manufacturing operations for biologics drug substance
Work across upstream, downstream, or central services areas as assigned
Execute manufacturing operations, document batch records, and maintain plant readiness
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent (fresh graduates welcome)
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory requirements is an advantage
Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES is beneficial
Good problem-solving, ability to work independently and in a team
