📋 Description

• 15-month structured on-the-job training in Biologics manufacturing
• Work in cGMP manufacturing with quality and compliance standards
• Rotations across upstream, downstream or central services
• Assist with batch documentation, set-up, cleaning and sampling
• Support shift operations and troubleshooting
• Develop skills for continuous improvement and operations readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering; fresh graduates welcome
• Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory manufacturing advantageous
• Exposure to SAP, LIMS or MES beneficial
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Motivated, capable of independent work
