🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in consulting, investment banking, investing, or high-velocity startups.
• Deep curiosity and desire to solve hard problems.
• Comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where you shape solutions.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with finance and legal teams.
• Strong communicator, both verbal and written.
• Experience building or scaling a deal desk function.
