BLP Academy Facilitator

📋 Description

• Host every Academy cohort in Zurich: welcome our clients, set the tone, and be their main point of
• Lead the sessions: present, explain, and guide participants through hands-on exercises on the BLP
• Pace every hands-on block to the room, giving fast learners space to go deeper while making sure
• Moderate the deep-dive sessions with BLP experts and connect their content to each participant's
• Keep the energy high across two to three intense days, and host the evenings and everything around
• Get every participant ready before they arrive, so the Academy starts with momentum on day one

🎯 Requirements

• You know how to lead a room, whether that's a workshop, a training, an event or a client meeting
• You've gained several years of professional and relevant experience, in any industry or along any
• You're excited about AI and how it changes the way businesses work, and you can't wait to get to
• You're fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Proven experience designing and delivering trainings, workshops, or customer onboarding sessions
• Experience with ERP systems or finance processes, workshop or event formats, or AI-driven SaaS is a
