📋 Description

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) as indicated
Conduct preference assessments
Discuss FBA results and plan BIP with school staff
Use FBA results to create function-based BIP
Select data collection tools to measure target and replacement behaviors
Graph and monitor data to assess BIP effectiveness daily

🎯 Requirements

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis
Current BCBA certification
2-3 years experience with children using behavior analytic tech
Knowledge of FBA techniques and BIPs
Computer literacy with Google Suite
Pass Criminal Background Checks
