  • Take responsibility for approving repair orders for our vehicles
  • Use your affinity for vehicles to reliably identify and assess damage to used cars
  • Take responsibility for administrative tasks, such as handling customer complaints
  • Create estimates, including parts entry, using the logistics programme, and ensure the quality
  • Provide technical support to our partner workshops and in-house refurbishment centres
  • Make a significant contribution to optimising our vehicle refurbishment processes and further

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Automotive background, as well as commercial training and initial practical experience in an office
  • Experience with cost calculations and damage assessments or comparable tools
  • Structured, independent and team-oriented working style
  • Very good German skills, basic English skills and confidence using common software applications
  • Flexible and quick to learn, with a willingness to work at different locations
