Maintain accurate bookkeeping records for assigned client accounts.
Record and reconcile financial transactions using QuickBooks.
Perform month-end close procedures.
Prepare and maintain audit-ready financial files and supporting documentation each month.
Ensure financial records comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Manage accrual-based accounting and journal entries.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 5 years accounting/ bookkeeping experience.
Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
Solid understanding and practical experience with accrual accounting.
Previous bookkeeping experience for multiple businesses or clients.
Excellent written and spoken English.
